PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This document establishes the terms and conditions governing the purchase of products through this website (hereinafter “Purchase Terms and Conditions”). The contents of our “Legal Notice – General Terms of Use” and our “Privacy Policy” are also applicable. Please consult these before using this website or placing an order through it. If you do not agree with their content, you should not use this website.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Limited Editions
Most of our products are limited editions. Check the item’s description to see if it is part of a limited series. Items which are not limited editions will not be described as such.
ONLINE SHOPPING
Worldwide delivery
We sell and ship directly worldwide, apart from countries with which Israel has no diplomatic relations or to which postal services cannot ship directly. In such cases, please contact us and we will try to find an alternative way to ship to you.
Shipping addresses
We ship to physical addresses only (not P.O. boxes), usually by door-to-door courier service. Gifts can be shipped to an alternative address if requested.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are 7% of the total purchase amount, with a minimum charge of USD $50.
Processing and delivery times
Processing times take approximately 5 working days. Delivery times for medium to large items to European and American locations are approximately 10 business days, excluding customs delays and unforeseen circumstances. Delivery to other locations may take longer. Smaller items might be shipped with slower courier services. If you need faster delivery, please contact us and we will make an effort to expedite shipping or discuss alternative methods.
Payment methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and bank wire transfers. For bank transfers, all bank fees must be paid by the customer on both ends of the transaction. You may also call us to provide payment by phone. Payment via PayPal will incur an additional 4.5% fee.
Name on invoice
Invoices can be issued to individuals or companies. For companies, please provide the business name and tax number during the purchase process.
Sales to Russia, Ukraine, and some Central Asian countries
Due to country policies, we cannot provide express door-to-door services to certain addresses. If you are interested in purchasing, please contact us at jaffagallery@frank-meisler.com to discuss alternative shipping options. The costs displayed online do not apply and will need to be calculated separately.
VAT, taxes, duties, and customs fees
- For exports abroad: Israeli VAT does not apply. However, international packages may be subject to duties and taxes in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in our shipping fees.
- Israeli citizens shipping abroad: Israeli taxes will not be added, but customs fees in the destination country may apply.
- Purchases within Israel: 18% VAT will be added. Non-Israeli citizens taking items physically from the gallery must pay Israeli VAT, refundable at the airport when leaving Israel in accordance with airport and port procedures.
Returns
To return an order, notify us at jaffagallery@frank-meisler.com within 14 days of receiving it. Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility, and the item must arrive in perfect condition.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order if it has not yet shipped by sending an email to jaffagallery@frank-meisler.com. If already shipped, you must follow the return procedure. Orders made to special request cannot be canceled.
Damaged on arrival
Products damaged during shipping can be returned. Notify us within 24 hours of receipt at jaffagallery@frank-meisler.com. Handmade differences in texture or form are not considered defects.
EXECUTION OF SALE AND PURCHASE
Placing an order implies acceptance of these Purchase Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller. If not confirmed, the Purchaser will be contacted and refunded according to our refund terms.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE PURCHASER
The Purchaser must:
- Be of legal age and have capacity to contract.
- Provide accurate contact details.
- Pay the purchase price using the provided payment methods.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER
Meisler Marit LTD (operating the brand FRANK MEISLER®) is obligated to deliver the products ordered, subject to availability. If unavailable, the Purchaser will be notified and refunded.
Orders are considered delivered when signed for at the delivery address. If undeliverable, Meisler Marit LTD will attempt alternative arrangements. If delivery is unsuccessful after 15 days due to reasons not attributable to Meisler Marit LTD, the agreement will be considered terminated and the payment refunded minus shipping, return, and applicable taxes.
Meisler Marit LTD is not liable for customs delays or courier delays beyond its control.
PRICE AND SHIPPING EXPENSES
Product prices and shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before order confirmation. Meisler Marit LTD may change prices at any time, but the price applied will be that at the time of order confirmation.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payments must be in US Dollars. By authorizing payment, the Purchaser confirms lawful use of the payment method. Payments are processed securely and subject to bank authorization.
GUARANTEE
Meisler Marit LTD accepts returns of items damaged in transit or with manufacturing defects. Each product is handmade, making small variations a mark of authenticity rather than defects.
While we strive to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices appearing on this website are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price, description, or processing of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. In such cases, you will be given the option of reconfirming your order with the correct details or canceling it for a full refund. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as canceled and you will be refunded accordingly.
RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY
In compliance with Israeli law, you have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from the agreement. Requests must be sent to jaffagallery@frank-meisler.com. Refunds will be made within 10 days of receiving the returned items in perfect condition. Refunds exclude a 5.8% fee and shipping/customs costs.
Exceptions: customized or made-to-order products.
DATA PROTECTION
All personal data is handled by Meisler Marit LTD according to our Privacy Policy.
