The sculpture depicts a family at their festive table celebrating Passover. The outside setting suggests a home in Jerusalem. The outside and inside of the doors contain Hebrew texts from the Hagaddah, the prayers and customs of the Passover, as well as the Four Sons who are part of the Pesach ritual.
