“THE EMIRATES SPHERE” – is an art piece designed by Marit Meisler under the prestigious brand “Frank Meisler”. This sculpture serves as a tribute to the Emirates, rising majestically from the gilded dunes, all while honoring the rich local traditions. At its core, this creation features the iconic Sheikh Zayed Mosque, a true marvel of architecture. Adorning the sphere’s exterior is an intricate calligraphy from the Quran. Encircling the sphere is a quote from Sheikh Zayed himself, emphasizing the importance of preserving traditions.
A textured floral mashrabiya inspired pattern enveloping the mosque, with the gentle visage of Sheikh Zayed himself gently woven into the decoration.
